Terms for using ButCanItFly.com and ButCanItFly for iOS.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ButCanItFly.com, the ButCanItFly for iOS mobile app, and related features, content, tools, services, and communications (collectively, the “services of ButCanItFly”). By using the services of ButCanItFly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services of ButCanItFly.

12. Apple and App Store Terms

If you access the services of ButCanItFly through the ButCanItFly iOS app, your use may also be subject to Apple's App Store terms, device terms, and related policies. Apple is not responsible for the services of ButCanItFly, their content, maintenance, support, or claims related to the services of ButCanItFly, except as required by applicable law or Apple's own terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services of ButCanItFly if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the services of ButCanItFly or other users, or used the services of ButCanItFly in a way that may expose us or others to liability. You may stop using the services of ButCanItFly at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state or jurisdiction where But Can It Fly is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
